*** Pregnant and nursing moms should not use the product, babies don't need a suppressed appetite! Anyone on high blood pressure meds or with diabetes may want to take the ingredient list to the doctor before starting. ***

1.      Before you start use the Tracking Chart below and Weigh, measure and take some photo of yourself.

2.    Commit to drinking one cup of Optimum before breakfast each morning. Everyone has a slightly different preference for how they like their coffee.  Normally, 1 sleeve makes an 8-12 oz. cup.  If you find it is stronger than you would normally drink, then simply add less coffee.  Perhaps ½ sleeve of coffee per 8oz cup of water may be more suitable.  The main thing is that you have at least 1 sleeve or more of coffee per day. Drink your Prevail Slim Roast first thing in the morning, preferably between 7-9am.  Do not drink more than 3 cups of coffee per day.  If you want quicker results, try the Slim Roast in the morning, Prevail Trim before supper and Immune Boost before bed.  This is the "12 lbs or 12 in 24 day' plan. Don't eat your breakfast or dinner for 15-30 min after you finish your coffee.

3.    Do you best to stay away from sugar and carbs. Avoid putting cream and sugar in your coffee.  Sweeten with Stevia if you need to or you can use skim or 1% milk or Almond Milk.

4.    Drink lots of water, Drink 10-12 cups of water per day. WATER, WATER, WATER!  Be sure you are drinking water through the day.  Why?  Glad you asked.

A.   Slim Roast coffee creates a process called Thermogenesis.  This is the process of accessing stored fat, converting it to a body-friendly fuel and metabolizing it in the body.  A by-product when burning fat is HEAT; therefore, it's critical you drink the water recommended with this product.  When you metabolize fat cells, toxins are released back into your blood stream for elimination through the bladder/colon.

This creates a detox, so don't be surprised if you find a few side effects happening in the first few days, i.e. nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, mood swings or increased sweating.  These generally pass in a few days.
